Last year on holiday I never got a chance with the ladies because it just so happened that a family friendly of guys from a gym were staying at the same place as us and were all built like extras from 300. Needless to say that every time we went in to a club, they were there. We went to a beach, they were there. our formless physiques were defenseless to stop the ladies from flocking to them.
In any case, since then we have been going to the gym like nobodies business, resolute not to be out done again this year. Our workout regime was good but it really got great when we discovered the Chris Hemsworth workout, I do not know if you will have seen it but he was the star of Thor, I am prepared to speculate that those gym bunnies from last year never had a Thor workout.
We have all bulked up significantly, even though we were never petite guys we are alot more defined now.
I had never been a devotee of going to the gym before, I always found it to be a bit boring but now I am in a set regime I am really starting to like it. I have got myself a great setlist to listen to during my workout and now if I hear any of the songs outwith the gym I feel like I could do with a workout.
Well I need to run now, I still have all my preparing to do and we set off in the morning. It is a bit less difficult to pack because I just had to go out and get a whole load of new clothes because I don’t fit into a lot of my old stuff.
